As I look back on this past year, my heart is filled with love and wonderful memories. The love and joy of family, rainy spring days spent inside snuggling and watching movies, beautiful summer evenings sitting by the fire in the wilderness, watching our children grow and hearing them giggle. A new home. Great friends. New Friends. Celebrating the life of my Grandmother and holding her hand as she prepared to dance in the arms of Jesus. I just smile and shake my head in complete disbelief that this is my life.
I am thankful to my clients, loyal and new! Without you I couldn’t do what I love to do, which is to preserve the memory of your family, your love, your story, for a lifetime!
Before I head to the kitchen to make enough green bean casserole to feed the masses, I wanted to share with you our Binder Family Tradition….
THANKFUL TURKEYS. Before we eat our feast of feasts, we sit down as a family and color turkeys together. After every feather is colored in, we then write down what we are Thankful for. Then we cut it out and tape it to the china hutch a long with Thankful Turkeys of Thanksgivings past. This year though, I decided to document it… I wanted to be able to preserve this tradition with motion and still life. I hope you like it.
